November Has Arrived

Good morning from my studio in East Nashville. It’s one of those days that remind me of the opening of Herman Melville’s masterpiece, Moby Dick, where Ismael says “It was a damp, drear November in my soul.” Not that my soul is all that damp and drear, but the weather outside sure is. I don’t know about you, but I certainly was not ready for winter to get here overnight.

On to the art. I’ve been working to get my commission orders filled, and have gotten some done – and more will be finished today. But, this time of the year, secrecy is important since several are surprise presents for Christmas. So here’s a repeat that I did a while back.

Hope you enjoy. Thanks for looking and stay warm and dry.
