A New Piece for a Fundraiser

Good morning from my studio in East Nashville. Hope everyone is having a good morning and enjoying the slight reprieve from the miserable heat we’ve been having. I’m a Nashville native and understand August in Nashville, but this one has been off the charts. Hopefully, the oppressive heat has broken.

Looks like I’ll be part of an exhibit at FIDO on 21st Avenue benefiting the Troy Animal Rescue Project. This is a fundraiser for the organization, which, as the name implies, rescues pets. The full name is Dog Art for Tarp, and can be found on social media. Please visit the site and think about helping a worthy cause.

Here’s a large “Skyscape” that I’ll hang in the show. It’s a 20×24, so a decent size but not massive. I love doing skies. Hopefully this one will be sold and benefit TARP.
