Good Morning On A Bright and Sunny Winter’s Day

Good morning from my studio in East Nashville. I hope everyone is having a great Tuesday morning. I know the sun is shining and it’s beautiful here. I’ll go out for a nice walk later when it warms up a bit.

Here’s today’s painting, which was another Christmas commission for a client. This is Ellie, and she is a boxer with a very expressive face. I’ve always found boxers to be interesting to paint, and Ellie was no exception..
