Caring

Good afternoon from my studio in East Nashville. Hope every one is having a great day. Certainly can’t complain about advent of spring we are currently experiencing.

Here’s the second of the black and white paintings I did for a delightful lady. This is Jack. As you can see, Jack had a condition that rendered his hind legs inoperable. But his people did not give up on him, partly because they are wonderful people, and partly because Jack actually saved the husband’s life. The husband was experiencing a terrible health emergency, and Jack came and alerted the wife, who was then able to get emergency medical care for her husband. So when Jack had his medical incident, they did not give up on him, but instead found a device to support his hind legs and allow him to move. They gave him wonderful care, and he lived a good life. This is what should define us as humans: caring enough to make a life better.

Thanks for looking. If you need any artwork, let me know. Have a great week.
