A Truly Wonderful Guy

Good morning. It’s warm and dry here in East Nashville, though that will change overnight. I apologize for not posting last week, but we began a bathroom renovation on Tuesday and I was tied up for several days. Shout out to Nashville Pro Handyman for the excellent work.Here’s Ruca. Ruca lived next door to me with my friend and neighbor. He was an incredibly beautiful and sweet guy. The first time I met him I was standing in their living room and this enormous Doberman comes racing toward me, skids to a halt and leans up against my leg like he was giving me a hug. He was truly a unique and amazing dog.Sadly, she lost him, and I was honored to paint his portrait for her. He was just one of those rare creatures who transcend expectations. Hope you enjoy.
