How’s The Weather Where You Are?
Good morning from my studio in East Nashville. I hope everyone had a pleasant Memorial Day weekend, and that we all took a moment to be thankful for the brave men and women who have served our country. Their service and sacrifice have kept the United States free for almost 250 years.
Things are slow around here right now. This usually happens when school gets out for the summer. Most folks take off for family trips, summer vacations, etc. The way things have been going here – we are over 8 inches or rain above average – it would be nice to go somewhere that’s just dry.
Here’s one from the archives. This is Lennon, who was named after John Lennon. His person is a huge Beatles fan (who isn’t?). I enjoyed painting this guy – of course I enjoy painting all of them. Hope you enjoy seeing it.
Thanks for looking. Take care and try to stay dry.
