Another People Portrait

Good morning from my studio in East Nashville. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving holiday and that you are doing well.

I’m in the midst of trying to get all my Christmas commission paintings finished in time for them to be presents. I’ll be at that task until it’s done; no other way to do it.

Thanks to everyone who submitted an order by Thanksgiving. That gives me enough time that I should be able to meet all the deadlines. I will still take orders; I just can’t guarantee completion by Christmas.

Here’s the second in my portrait series I did for a law firm in Bowling Green. All the pieces turned out nicely, especially since I was working from old photos. I enjoyed the variation from the pets, and learned a lot. Hopefully, I’ll get some more people commissions and learn even more.
